The next Open Enrollment in or outside the Exchange begins in mid-November, unless you have a qualifying event (i.e.: involuntary loss of coverage, marriage, birth, etc). If you have a qualifying event, you may get a special enrollment period to buy an individual health plan. Most special enrollment periods last 60 days from the date of the qualifying event.
