Born and raised in the Puget Sound area, Doug earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and has worked at the Evans Company since 1984. In addition to his years of experience counseling employers regarding their employee benefit programs, he oversees operations at the Evans Company and sits on several insurers Broker Advisory Councils. Doug holds a Life and Health Insurance License.

A Washington State native, Dallas has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Washington and has earned the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Charter Life Underwriter (CLU), and Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC).  After working for a major life insurance company for two years, he joined the R. L. Evans Company in 1986. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry that includes the areas of insurance, investments, tax and estate planning, retirement planning, and financial planning. He is the lead Portfolio Manager for Evans Capital Management Associates, a Registered Investment Advisor and holds a Life, Health, Property and Casualty Licenses.

A native Washingtonian, Becky graduated from Western Washington University with a Degree in Gerontology. In 1994, she came to work at the Evans Company. Becky currently holds licensure for Life and Health Insurance in WA, CA, WI, IA, MT and AK, as well as a State of Washington certification to sell Long Term Care Insurance. Becky works with her clients to provide the most cost-effective services and benefits that best serves each clients individual needs.  We utilize Employee Navigator, the premier HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software for data entry, data tracking, data management and compliance of all human resource operations of an organization. Using our online solution will save time, money, and provide an easy onboarding solution for open enrollments, especially when so many employees are working offsite in our changing times.

Marjorie joined the Evans Company in 1987 and spent the next 7 years developing our individual health insurance division. She has focused on companies’ employee benefit plans and is responsible for developing new accounts and designing and implementing customized benefit plans for mid-size companies. With 30 years of experience, Marjorie works to evaluate client objectives and long-term goals in order to produce unique benefit solutions for her clients. Marjorie has a bachelors degree in business from the University of Washington.

After Graduating from the University of Washington in 1986, Doug worked as an agent for John Hancock Life for two years and then for PEMCO Insurance Company for 8 years. He joined the Evans Company in 1996 and oversees the Property and Casualty Insurance Department. Doug is currently and holds a Life, Health and Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses in WA, OR, ID, AZ, and MT.

Richard Evans, Director (retired)

Born and raised in Seattle, Dick graduated from the University of Washington in 1957 with a degree in Business Administration. After serving in the United States Navy, he began his career in the financial services industry in 1959. He has earned the Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) and Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
